OUR APPROACH

Going into a Deeper Look

The Pipeline of Web Development to Content Creation to Social Media

As the demand for data-driven decision making in business continues to rise, so does the need for reliable and efficient analytics software. Companies like Power ON understood this and have built innovative solutions — in this case, Power ON’s robust Business Intelligence tool that allowed for visual analysis and the ability to write-back — to help businesses of all sizes make sense of their data.

With a lot of the company’s bread-and-butter revolving around education on their BI tool, ONE18MEDIA was able to leverage this need with the symbiosis of web development and content creation. As evidenced by the accompanying screenshot, you can see ONE18MEDIA opted for a unified color scheme — specifically keeping it dual-toned with the green and white, which was already reflected in the company’s logo. On top of that, all webpages on the site were neatly organized up top (Products, Customers, Resources, Blog, About Us, Contact Us) for easy access.

This, in turn, made for a visually appealing and seamless browsing experience. And with ONE18MEDIA’s copywriter liaising with Power ON’s marketing strategist on a regular basis, we were able to churn out monthly blogs that educated readers on the Business Intelligence industry, the tools used, and how to use them.

Following content production, ONE18 then pushed all content out through LinkedIn. Through Power ON’s social posts, we maintained the same color scheme and visual aesthetic for consistency and unification — which helps to establish trust that users are receiving reliable information from the Power ON account.

Looking at the Numbers

2022

It quickly became apparent that ONE18MEDIA’s organic digital marketing strategy created a sustainable pipeline of leads for Power ON. The second half of 2022 (Power ON signed with ONE18MEDIA in March 2022) saw consistent leads and users pour into the website. The company received 520 form fill-outs (an average of 74 monthly form fill-outs!). Moreover, Power ON received over 20,467 users (a monthly average of nearly 2,924 users) and over 17,000 new users (a monthly average of over 2,500 users!).

2023

ONE18MEDIA worked ardently to maintain the momentum through 2023. The digital marketing efforts continued to pay off up until Power ON’s acquisition by insightsoftware.

From January to April 2023, Power ON received 305 form fill-outs (a monthly average of 76 fill-outs). This was aided by the constant influx of current users and new users — as the company received over 13,000 users (nearly 3,300 monthly users) and over 11,000 new users (almost 2,900 monthly new users!).

Together, with the combined efforts of ONE18MEDIA’s teams — from web development to content creation — we created a robust pipeline that consistently delivered Power ON the leads and consistent client base that allowed them to thrive as a company during their time with us.

Diving deeper, Power ON saw a 50%–75% increase in inbound leads, resulting in doubled sales and revenue YoY. By hitting their sales goal and achieving these impressive milestones, Power ON became a desirable prospect for insightsoftware — the latter of which eventually acquired Power ON in 2023.
